Volunteers that wish to apply to be members of Team Ontario for the 2016 National Winter Games are asked to identify their interest on this application form. Coaches and Mission Staff for the 2016 National Winter Games will be selected based on this application form and volunteer performance at the 2015 Provincial Games.
